What Molto is

Molto is a self-help tool. It builds a personalised programme from a questionnaire and offers guided practices, mood tracking and an AI companion.

Molto is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

Your account

An anonymous account is created when you first open the app so your answers can be saved. You may attach an email address later to keep your history across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

Subscriptions

Molto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. The length of the term and the price are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of that point.

You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us.

Acceptable use

Do not use Molto to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this has happened.

AI-generated content

Replies from the AI companion and weekly insights are generated automatically. They can be wrong. Treat them as prompts for your own thinking, never as professional advice.

Changes and liability

Features may change as the app develops. To the extent permitted by law, Molto is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
