The short version
Your journal entries, check-ins and reflections are yours. They are stored under your own account, are not sold, and are not used to train anyone's models. You can delete everything from Settings.
What we store
- The answers you give in the onboarding questionnaire, and the plan generated from them.
- Your check-ins: two mood values, any tags, and any note you write.
- Completed practices and reflections, including the text you enter.
- Messages you exchange with the AI companion.
- Your streak, reminder preference and subscription status.
We do not collect your contacts, location, photos or health data from other apps.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase — authentication and database storage. Your data lives in your own document, readable only by your account.
- OpenAI — the text of a companion message, plus a short summary of your plan, is sent to generate a reply. Weekly insights send an anonymised numeric summary only, never your written entries.
- RevenueCat and Apple — purchase and subscription status.
Each of these processes data under their own terms.
Anonymous accounts
You are signed in anonymously by default: we hold an identifier, not your name or email. If you attach an email address later, we store that address so you can sign back in.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Turning them off in Settings, or in the operating system, stops them entirely.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete my data removes your document, every check-in, every session and every message, and then deletes the account itself. This cannot be undone.
